1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by NIVELYA JEWELRY LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company formed on June 30, 2026 and registered at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders

A product listing is an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, if we cannot fulfil the personalization requested, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes charged by your destination country, which are described in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Personalization and engraving

When you submit engraving text you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone’s trade mark, copyright or other rights.

We engrave exactly the text you submit, character for character, including spelling, capitalisation and punctuation. Please check it before ordering.

We reserve the right to decline engraving requests that are unlawful, obscene, hateful, threatening, or that impersonate another person or brand. If we decline, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged except where faulty. See the Return & Refund Policy.

5. Products, materials and sizing

Our pieces are made by hand, so small variations in finish, texture and dimension are normal and are not defects. Screen colour reproduction varies, so metal tones and stone colours may look different on your display than in person.

“Gold tone” and “rose gold tone” describe plated or coloured finishes over a base metal, not solid gold, unless a listing explicitly states a karat weight. Plated finishes wear over time with use.

Ring sizes are US ring sizes. Choosing the correct size is your responsibility; we recommend being measured by a jeweller. A ring that fits poorly is not a fault, and personalized rings cannot be exchanged for a different size.

6. Returns and warranty

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 30 days, and every piece is covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. The full terms, including the exclusion for personalized items, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Nivelya name, logo, designs, photographs and website content are owned by NIVELYA JEWELRY LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or missed occasions arising from a delivery delay caused by a carrier.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, extreme weather, industrial action or supply shortages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
