- How long until my order ships?
- Ready-made pieces in 1–3 business days, engraved pieces in 3–7. Full details on the Shipping Policy page.
- Can I return an engraved ring?
- Only if it is faulty or does not match what you submitted. The reasoning is on the Return & Refund Policy page.
- Can you change my engraving after ordering?
- Only before we cut it. Write immediately and we will try.
